1. Agreement to Terms‍

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and GONI AGENCY LTD, doing business as AIND ("we," "us," or "our"), based in Hong Kong. By accessing the AIND website and utilizing our audit tools or proprietary services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms.

2. The AIND Service & Territory Lock

‍AIND provides digital footprint engineering and AI citation audits.

• Territory Exclusivity: Our "Territory Lock" protocol grants exclusivity for a primary zip code and a surrounding 5-mile radius. This exclusivity is granted at our sole discretion and only becomes binding once a formal service agreement and payment have been executed. Running an automated audit on our website does not guarantee territory availability or secure your exclusivity.
• Availability: We reserve the right to refuse service to any entity if their requested territory conflicts with an existing client's locked protocol.

3. Intellectual Property RightsUnless otherwise indicated, the website, the AIND methodology, custom JSON-LD architecture concepts, branding, logos (including the scrolling data stream logo), and text on the site are the proprietary property of GONI AGENCY LTD and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, scrape, or reproduce our methodology or website design.

4. User Representations

‍By using our site, you represent that:

• All information you submit (including agent names and zip codes) is true, accurate, and relates to your actual business.
• You will not access the site through automated or non-human means (bots, scripts) to reverse-engineer our audit protocol.
• You will not use the site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

5. Limitation of Liability

‍The AIND audit is an informational tool based on current AI indexing behaviors. Because AI engines update their algorithms constantly, GONI AGENCY LTD makes no absolute guarantees regarding specific rankings, AI citations, or financial outcomes.In no event will GONI AGENCY LTD, its directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, or punitive damages, including lost profit or lost revenue arising from your use of the site or our services.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

‍These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Hong Kong. GONI AGENCY LTD and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Hong Kong shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
